Shely Aronov: "Engineering plants that communicate their needs."

Speaker bio:  Shely Aronov is the CEO and co-founder of InnerPlant, a John Deere-backed seed technology company engineering crops that communicate their needs. A three-time founder, Shelybrings over 15 years of global leadership experience, including spearheading the construction of a $210 million World Bank-funded wastewater system in Colombia and founding Yamba Hummus, a clean-label food brand. Since founding InnerPlant in 2018, Shely has driven the company’s growth by building a world-class team, advancing its innovative technology, and launching its first commercial product in 2024. As one of the few female CEOs in AgTech, she is a strong advocate for creating value for farmers, building ecosystems to deliver innovative technology, and driving agriculture toward a more efficient and sustainable future. Shely holds an MBA from Stanford University.
